ASP.Net Developer

Environment: Our
client based in Cape Town is looking for an ASP.Net developer to join their team
of passionate and creative developers who aspire to delivering quality
solutions across a range of platforms including web, Facebook, mobile and more.
The successful candidate will work on high profile projects in a dynamic, Agile
environment and be challenged to deliver product that sets the bar in
progressive development.
Duties:

Develop
and maintain applications in accordance with functional specifications.
Report
directly to the technical director.

Requirements:

Team
player who is passionate about developing award-winning work using latest
progressive frameworks.
Minimum
three years relevant experience with C# and ASP.Net.
Minimum
one year experience with ASP.Net MVC.
Linq.
Entity
Framework or NHibernate experience.
Standards
compliance HTML and JavaScript.
Comfortable
with jQuery.
Git
or some form of source control.
Understanding
of website performance metrics.

Advantageous

Digital
agency experience.
Experience
with continuous integration platforms like TeamCity or Bamboo.
Experience
with JavaScript MVC style frameworks like BackboneJS.
CSSLess.
Facebook
API experience.
Responsive
design.

Attributes:

Ability
to communicate effectively.
Stable,
adaptable individual who is able to handle stress in calm, mature way.
Well
presented, team player with good verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills.
