Maintaining Fixed Asset Registers
Accounting for long term liabilities in relation to vehicle installment sales agreements i.e. maintaining amortization tables, adjusting for changes in prime interest rates etc.
Preparation and import of finance charges journal on a monthly basis.
Capture and close monitoring of fuel expenses, toll fees, tracking and all other fleet related expenses.
Maintaining prepayment schedules for vehicle licensing and permits.
Preparation of insurance journals.
Fleet maintenance reports
Providing assistance with fleet expenses

BCOM OR CIMA Qualification
Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience within the logistics and transport sector would be advantageous.
