Personal Assistant: BlackJack Events

The company seeks to appoint a candidate to fit an intensive administrative role with some PA responsibilities. The candidate will interact directly with prospective and current clients and will need to have a professional phone etiquette and email correspondence. The role will require the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent multi-tasking skills and effective communication.

Key accountabilities:

  • Efficient email correspondence
  • Preparation of quotes
  • Managing and updating of bookings diary
  • Addressing telephonic enquiries
  • Managing client expectations
  • Processing staff timesheets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Own car with valid driver’s license
