Establish and develop the marketing and public relations service within the current commercial portfolio and providing the service to the appropriate constituents that include the group of internal companies, our tenants, clients and the various developments.
- Plan, implement and report back on the marketing campaigns for the new developments under construction.
- Coordinate, build relations with the tenants on the existing commercial portfolio.
- Implement, manage and report on the marketing and PR service provided to the existing commercial property portfolio.
- Coordinate and report on the value added services provided on all the respective properties
Marketing/PR qualification (diploma/degree).
Experience relationship management or PR.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Ability to implement a plan from conceptualisation to roll-out.
Budget management and reporting.
Two to three years’ experience in similar position.
High level of computer literacy, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
