Ensure the smooth running of the advertising sales department. This position is an important link between sales, scheduling and finance to ensure commercials are booked and checked for technical quality. Responsibilities include:

Complete deal summary and forward this together with the release order to scheduling
Complete daily AS run reports and forward to sales team
Follow up on upfront payments from clients
Send commercial material to head office for technical checks
Run daily Telmar reports and forward to sales to ensure campaigns are on track to meet campaign objectives
Adjust campaigns to ensure objectives are met on a Telmar plan

Requirements

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Working knowledge of Telmar
Good numeric skills
Attention to details
Research/strategy background preferred
