Service Manager – Newcastle – KwaZulu Natal

Our client is looking for a experienced Service Manager for their Dealership.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the service department to ensure ongoing profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years Service Manager experience in a Franchise Dealership
  • Strong technical skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent people skills and customer care experience
  • Handle pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and motivate staff
  • Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
  • Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department
