Outbound Call Centre Manager required for Company in Sandton
Min 5 yrs exp in call centre management role. Must have the ability to oversee and assume full responsibility for the Call Centre administration and Mail Order Warehouse functionalities, Train and develop staff on the job so as to maximise and grow sales opportunities , as well as, maintain focus to ongoing and effective customer care.Motivate and supervise staff with a view to optimising sales opportunities. Ensure that all Call Centre staff, Customer Service including Quality Assurance staff is trained on all products (new & old).Ensure you utilise your full potential to increase sales revenue for your department and achieve targets allocated to you.Create and review customer script writing with a view to promoting up-sales on a continuous basis.Recruit staff, as necessary.
