  • Responsible for the delivery of HR Consultancy services to employees and directors in area of responsibility as well as delivery on the talent strategy of the firm
  • Provide design, improvement, delivery and coordination of talent practices, which include performance scorecards, associate promotions, high potential career development planning, and succession management

Requirements:

 

  • HR-related degree
  • At least 6 years’ HR experience in managing projects from end to end
  • Corporate or banking experience is essential
  • Exceptional communication skills
