LEWYLL COMMUNICATIONS:Sub-Editor – Trade Magazines Opportunity
Well-established publisher of twenty years plus who has established a niche for itself via the numerous award-winning trade magazines in their stable, is looking for an experienced sub-editor (three to six years experience) to join the team.
Please note:
Candidates will only be considered who have previous experience as in editorial role working on trade magazines.
You will be tasked with ensuring that the copy provided by the staff writers is relevant, well written and to sub all copy, check facts, headlines and captions.
You will also be required to work closely with the designers in the studio in achieving the maximum benefit for both editorial and layout.

Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in journalism or media studies.
* A minimum of four years experience with a a leading publisher of Trade titles, of which at least two would have been as a sub or assistant editor.
* Sound editorial knowledge as well as experience as a features writer.
