1. Take full responsibility for key reporting areas, producing accurate and relevant information for the sales teams to make informed business decisions.
2. Generate and distribute the daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to relevant sales teams, managers and stakeholder.
3. Understand and interpret business processes, collect data from various sources, analyses and build reports for tactical and strategic purposes.
4. Schedule reports using the SAP BEX tool and to maintain existing scheduled reports.
5. Investigate and seek to resolve and identify data integrity issues, feeding the analysis back to the source of the issue and attempt to remove the possibility of reoccurrence.
6. Manage and maintain the advertiser discounts per publication on the system as per contractual obligations and report it to sales teams and managers.
7. Do the required system maintenance to ensure a fully functional system, identifying issues timeously.
