Telecoms company based in North of Johannesburg seeks a Storeman
List of the Employee’s daily task of duties and responsibilities:
Acknowledging & Managing stock and asset minimum quantities
Enforcing Daily dispatch procedures for the department
Managing RMA procedures for Faulty Units
Completing full stock takes effectively (including stock, tools and equipment)
Managing suppliers lead times
Understanding and practicing the sourcing and ordering process
Monitoring and comparing price variances between suppliers
Site build facility lists and stock preparation
Asset tracking from source to destination
Adhering to strict control procedures – communication to internal/external customers and suppliers
Enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for daily operations
Compiling status reports and progress reports as required
Liaising with all departments and technical resources involved when required
Providing feedback at meetings regarding project status
Keeping steak holders informed of issues and progress
Complying with all other reasonable requests to ensure the job is completed professionally and according to the company standards within deadlines.
Consulting with technicians at all levels about relevant deployments  within their projects
Will be accountable and responsible for assigned projects
Work with other related departments in all cross functional matters to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Any other key responsibilities identified by the Chief Network Officer from time to time

Personal requirements:
Senior/experienced resource with extensive stock control and dispatch experience
Follow up/feedback/progress reports
Organized
Feedback/follow-up and prioritizing
Interact with internal and external staff
Good communicator – verbal and written
Ability to work non-traditional hours
Time Management
Updating relevant systems
Creating supporting documentation and checklists
R 10 000 – R 18 000 Monthly
