The Real Meal Revolution is a young and fast growing healthy eating company founded on the principles of the best-selling book by Prof Tim Noakes. The book will be launching in 21 countries and we’re anticipating the launch of products, courses and other publications by the end of this year.
We are looking for a national digital sales manager to oversee all sales and build relationships and partnerships. The candidate must have an outstanding sales record, be self-motivated and have a general hunger for greatness. The candidate also needs to be passionate about the Real Meal Revolution brand and lifestyle.

Position Title: National digital sales manager
Location: Cape Town (Claremont)

Salary: R25K CTC + commission
Immediate roles and responsibilities
- Drive overall sales of the business
- Create and maintain positive client relationships
- Create innovative ways to build business from individual accounts
- Source and implement CRM system
- Develop systems to classify and qualify leads using CRM
- Mange sales team
- Make use of all RMR products and services to develop deals and packages
- Work with sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
- Motivate sales team by developing incentives
- Determine and drive sales targets
- Be accountable for PPC
Requirements
Essential
- Matric
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
- Three to five years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in assembling deals
- Excellent sales track record
- Well versed in email marketing and sales
- Passion for the Real Meal Revolution brand and lifestyle
- Experience in the digital and health industries
