ROGERWILCO:Account Director Opportunity

Rogerwilco, a multi-award winning digital agency best known for its content marketing, SEO and development work, is looking for an experienced client services lead.

The successful applicant will work closely with the CEO and the broader account management team to define digital strategies for clients who include Red Bull, Sage, Sanlam, WesBank and the United Nations among others.

The agency is full of ultra-talented people, who all buy into the challenge of delivering exceptional results in every activity we do.

We’re driven by passion, caffeine and, in large measure, by the desire to enjoy what we do. That means that while we work smart, we try not to work too hard. By 6pm the office is usually deserted.

We’re less hipster than most agencies. So the job’s probably not right for you if you’re wedded to Woodstock. But if you endure that 90 minute commute from the northern suburbs into town every day, you’ll definitely want to give us a call.

So, what are we after?

• You must come from a large agency environment.
• You will have a minimum of four years’ client service experience.
• You’ll have worked in a digital planning and execution role and have experience of managing and developing a team.
• You will have excellent senior client leadership skills in both engagement and issue resolution.

Requirements

The responsibilities for this job include:
·       Building/maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients;

·       Leading clients strategically to deliver results driven campaigns;

·       Managing and providing direction to the account facing team;

You’ll be expected to:

·       Have a broad knowledge of all digital marketing tactics;

·       Lead the integration of tactics across client accounts;

·       Remain up to date on trends in the digital world and their impact on/opportunity for clients’ operations;

You must be able to demonstrate:

·       Exceptional client service track record in the digital space

·       Significant experience of managing teams

·       Project management experience

Additional requirements:

·       University degree

·       Four + years of account management experience
