The roles and responsibilities of this position are as detailed below:

  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns as required by the business.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

• Social media management: Facebook , Twitter, LinkedIn, Google earth • Ensure SEO is constantly updated to maximum potential • Write and distribute internal and external newsletters and offers to clients • Write and distribute press releases • Maintain client contact database • Manage all marketing activities and administration • Media placement and booking • Manage events • Manage and negotiate best pricing and deliveries with suppliers • Maintain files and records of marketing activities • Ensure brand usage is consistent across the group. • Composing + mail merge email marketing to existing client base • Writing company articles and uploading

Requirements

•Marketing or Business  degree
Basic Web based content/copywriting skills
• Excellent excel skills
• Ability to update website
• Ability to use CMS programmes

Advantageous

• Understanding and knowledge of SEO,PPC and Search Engine Placement
• Previous experience with SEO/Link building ( Preferably on international basis)
• Internet marketing experience
