GETSMARTER:Metrics Analyst OPPORTUNITY
The main purpose of this position is to ensure the continual development and optimisation of comprehensive metrics and reporting within the company. The successful candidate will be supporting the CEO in proactively assessing metrics related to all GetSmarter’s activities, identifying root causes and key trends, and recommending improvements as needed.

Key responsibilities
- Collect, review and assimilate metric data into concise and meaningful reports for the CEO.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop processes and procedures to support the collection of metric data and the controls to ensure high quality.
- Implement tools and techniques to enhance the metrics and automate the process end to end.
Requirements
- A four-year university degree.
- Strong analytic skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, ability to follow through to timely completion of deliverables.
- Ability to develop strong and productive work relationships with peers, management, etc.
- Demonstrates initiative and creativity in problem solving, process improvements, and teamwork.
