The community manager will be responsible for advocating the brand on social networks. You need to create your own social persona and actively go out within the online community to connect with potential customers and advocate the brand.

The community leader will be an appointed account administrator for corporate social media communities: mainly Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The  community leader  is responsible for managing, creating, and moderating brand and content for social communities. You will also assist in monitoring and reporting on industry and competitive trends, campaign initiatives and community optimisation and day to day managing off the communities.

  • Occasional article writing

Analysis:

  • Social analysis
  • Content analysis
  • Target market analysis

Community management:

  • Inbox message response
  • Query response
  • Establishing community trust
  • Establishing brand trust
  • Building community and brand relationships
  • Increase brand visibility

Client liaison:

  • Building client relations
  • Brand needs
  • Brand activity
  • Brand needs

Real time:

  • Live tweeting
  • Instagram photo creation
