• Ensure organisational conformation with applicable HR-related regulations and statutes as well as organisational procedures and policies.
• Implement HR programmes and policies as needed by the organisation.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve human relations, work performance, and organisational productivity concerns.
• Ensure job descriptions for every employee position are up-to-date and accurate.
• Develop staffing strategies and implementing programmes and plans. Identifying and cultivating effective and appropriate sources for employee for all job levels.
• Create employee training and organisational development programs.
• Manage the implementation of performance management processes throughout the organisation.
• Recruit and retain top-quality employees.
• Create compensation plans and providing administration for employee benefits.
• Ensure that every aspect of human resources incorporates the vision, values and culture of the organisation.
• Manage the risk management work functions and assist in developing health and safety programmes for the volunteers and staff.
• Provide strategic leadership for Human Resources.
• Benchmark all Human Resources practices.
• Ensure compliance of all relevant legislation.
