MARK 1:Publisher Manager OPPORTUNITY

The publisher manager will be responsible for establishing and negotiating online media relationships with publishers.

The successful candidate will be able to build a network by the research, identification and execution of agreements with online media publishers that will be able to drive qualified and profitable traffic for our clients.
You will work closely with our data analysis team and account managers to understand and develop the best relationships while ensuring acceptable ROI metrics/goals.

Mark 1 is a digital media business that specialises in programmatic/RTB, mobile, video, in-game, search and social advertising.

Personal Skills/Attributes

A combination of any of the following:

  • At least one years’ experience within the digital advertising industry at a media sales business or publisher or experience within an IT environment.
  • Proactive, solution oriented and with a lot of customer contact in your previous jobs.
  • Organised, detail oriented and highly focused.
  • Good knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem, both in South Africa and internationally. Programmatic/RTB knowledge advantageous.
  • Proactive, solution oriented and with a lot of customer contact in your previous jobs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • An established network or solid understanding of South Africa’s digital publishers advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Excel features such as macros, pivots and data connections.
  • Quick learner who takes the lead in finding new tools/software for reporting and analysis.
