Job description

International car rental company based at the Cape Town International Airport requires a male administrator with min two years administration experience to join their successful team. This is a great opportunity to get your career on the map.

Your interest in motor vehicles would be highly advantageous

Requirements:

Matric certificate

Code 8 drivers licence

Clear credit check

Ability to do shift work: either 8.00 to 17.00 or 9.30 to 18.30

Able to work every second Saturday and Sunday for five hours per day

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Well groomed and confident

Team player

Duties:

All administration pertaining to overseeing the company’s fleet of vehicles

Maintenance and care of fleet and all aspects linked to this sector

Dealing with new car delivery procedures

Communication with dealerships and customers with any enquiries

De-fleeting procedures

Arrange permits – all areas

Completion of Wizard reports

Updating of fleet on as400 for servicing and panelbeaters

Cartrack reports

Various admin related tasks

Quality control

Exceeding CSI targets

Salary:

R7,750 + Provident Fund and Medical Aid (Full contribution by company)
