Deskside Support Representative: to provide on site support for end users as well as site support where necessary.
Skills required:
MS Windows operating system support, Android, tablets and iphone phone support
Mac operating system support (minimum skill required)
MS office applications support
MS Outlook mail support
PC’s, printers and other peripheral units support
Experience in client communications
