Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational, on-the-ground training across key operational areas
- Lead and develop store teams to deliver superior customer service
- Ensure effective stock management, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Maintain service standards, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Manage Profit & Loss statements, budget expenses, and store reporting
- Implement food safety practices and loss prevention strategies
- Drive operational efficiency while aligning with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification is required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail setting, preferably in supermarket operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and supermarket systems is advantageous
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and pricing strategy
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
- Ability to manage administrative tasks, budgets, and inventory effectively
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
