Transnet Group has a vacant position of an Administrator to be occupied by an applicant that will successfully meet the requirements. The main purpose of this opportunity to a candidate that will be successfully selected based on the requirements, is to o render an administrative support services to the Technical Department, Workshop employees, and Saldanha Management to ensure accurate submission of reports and ensure employee satisfaction.
Also to receive job cards from Supervisors and performing close-out procedures in SAP PM MODULE. Capturing time and technical feedback as written on job cards and also updating these job cards. Printing and distributing of job cards to various departments and supervisors. Filing of job cards and other documents, keeping registers and control thereof. General administrative tasks

>>Computer Literacy
>>2 years relevant experience
Duties:
>>Print and distribute weekly scheduled work orders for eight supervisors.
>>Accurately capture and close out in SAP PM weekly orders returned by supervisors for reporting ensuring that relevant information is on that works order.
>>File weekly work orders received for ease of retrieval if required.
>>Draw exception reports from SAP, check and report on accuracy of data captured.
>>Assist in the administration of other maintenance data likes Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Bill of Materials and Procedures.
>>Sort and file all Technical correspondence to ensure it is available as records and for audit purposes.
>>Perform duties of Workshop administrator to ensure that the entire administration function.
