Job description

Key Performance Areas:
  • Scans all FICA documents and application forms for new and existing clients
  • Capture and save each document on EDMS program as per the procedure document
  • Complete scanning details on the cusotmers’ files
  • Undertakes for scanning of clients signatures on Co-sign as and when required
  • Scans and emails documents related to the Administration Department
  • Print labels for all customers
  • Filing/retrieval of all documentation
  • Retrieve and print/email FICA and other documentation for consultants and branch staff
  • Assist with other banking functions

Requirements

Minimum qualification:

  • Matric
  • 1 year Administration experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Documentation control
  • Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Prioritisation and time management
  • Computer skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Must be able to work alternate Saturdays
