Account Manager Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing client service person with experience in agency account/project management to join our independent and dynamic digital marketing team. We specialise in SEO and search aware content marketing.
Candidates must pursue long-term, one-to-one client relationships that are consistent with our ethos and aligns with our overall client service strategy. Candidates must be committed to learning about our clients’ business, marketing and/or content related objectives.
Role and responsibilities
This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
- Efficiently and effectively manage a portfolio of accounts/projects/campaigns
- Engage in project management duties
- Delivering presentations
- Reporting (monthly reports to clients and progress reports on projects/campaigns)
- Maintain good relationships (clients and internal staff/team members)
- Achieving the KPIs set out in clients’ strategies
- Presenting campaign results, learnings and recommendations to clients
- Liaising with clients about project/campaign requirements and objectives
- Briefing to internal departments
- Monitoring and chasing work progress
- Managing internal departments to meet deadlines
- Link/liaison between client and agency
- Meeting with clients for status meetings
- Keeping projects aligned with overall brand strategy
- Manage and/or deliver excellent status reports with detailed reporting and sight of agreed timelines
- Manage and/or deliver accurate and timely contact reports between agency and client
