DTP OPERATOR JOB DURBAN,CONGELLA
- Receive files from clients and apply necessary changes to artwork and to ensure artwork is suitable for print.
- Format typescript and graphic elements to make print ready files to send to clients using desktop software and equipment.
- Relay information from clients and apply to job accurately.
- Determine layout and other instructions to identify the work to be done.
- Check final copy to make sure artwork is correct and ready for print.
- Fluent in using a mac and supporting programmes.
Requirements
Minimum of three years experience.
Good understanding of:
- Adobe Illustrator
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- Acrobat Pro
- Word
- Excel
Advantageous
- Previous experience in lithographic print field
- Experience in advertising
Personal Skills/Attributes
- Attention to detail
- Deadline driven
