Our Client in the FMCG Industry requires the services of a Human Resources Co-ordinator in Johannesburg as soon as possible

KEY PURPOSE

To provide administrative support to HR team and the region to ensure that HR activities/matters are administered efficiently, according to company and legislative standards.

 

KEY OUTPUTS

Regional HR Reporting

Org management maintained

Anchored recruitment input through SAP process and interface with payroll

PTP Policy compliance

Employee master data maintained

Provide administrative support to Talent Management Specialist, Employee Relations Specialist and Capability Specialist

Adherence to Copmany Supplier Guiding Principles

Support the Employee Engagement regional plan

Sustain professional HR practices in line with best practice

Handled queries

Co-ordination of various HR regional activities

 
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES

Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure.

High energy levels, self-motivated and displays initiative.

SAP knowledge essential

Advanced Excel skills

PowerPoint Presentations

Good communication skills

Good understanding of HR business processes

Basic understanding of relevant legislation and its impact on effective HR practice

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good coordination skills are important

Ability to operate independently, demonstrate initiative, sound judgement, sensitivity and maintain confidentiality

Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate at all levels

High energy levels and high level of professionalism

Good analytical ability

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

A Human Resources related tertiary qualification

At least 3 years detailed administration experience including effective function co-ordination,

PC literacy, database management, office management etc.

SAP Experience essential

Experience in setting effective processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness

Previous administration experience in an HR department/ environment would be advantageous

Salary is highly negotiable
