Sponsor Focal Point Candidate Opportunity

Job description

Exciting internationally affiliated events company seeks to employ a sponsor focal point candidate with an understanding of the deep house/techno music industry and a proven track record in the role.

Duties and responsibilities:

Sponsor focal point:

• Extensive experience with sponsors
• Able to draft presentations to sponsors

Marketing and brand activation:

• Sufficient marketing experience
• Knows how to talk to sponsors, advertising agencies, etc.

Custodian:

• Maintains various databases such as the world wide data base of sponsor listing, sponsor contracts, etc.

Production assistant:

• During events will perform production tasks as assigned to

Researcher and Analist:

• Conducts researches as indicated: Marketing, sponsor ships, artist fees paid in country, etc

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor Degree or higher
• Proficient in English language; both speaking and writing

Sponsor management experience:

• Proven track record

Event management experience:

• Has been involved previously in event management

Reporting skills:

• Able to compile a monthly report accounts
• Provided format
• Knows Excel and PowerPoint

Social media:

• Has extensive experience with social media
