  • Solid negotiation and deal closure ability / excellent business acumen essential to liaise with clients on international level

Main Duties / Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyse the current retention and VIP customer life cycle, user experiences, and key customer touch points and adapt existing communications, develop innovative personal communication and intervention strategies to strive to improve the overall player values and retention rates in their player segments
  • Where required, based on local/country-specific legislation, awareness, maintenance and reinforcement of brand integrity and player experience is critical
  • The employee will possess strong client relationship and analytical skills. They will also be technically minded, and be familiar with CRM best practices
  • An inquiring mind is needed in order to be able to creatively solve challenges and propose new and fresh alternatives to existing processes
  • Primary objective is to build long term trust relationships, maintain, develop and increase retention, activity rates, and revenue through targeted personal and focused communication and player interventions
  • Develop and implement communication and investment strategies for retaining & growing the existing customer base
  • Develop and implement strategies for retaining & growing new high value players showing potential to become VIP
  • Track and report on the success of implemented strategies
  • Be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the player experience (and brand where required) within their target region (using comps, loyalty, gifting and events)
  • Devise and initiate strategies to target customers with regards specific player experiences which promote activity and retention as an outcome
  • Travel internationally for player meetings or events as required
  • Devise and implement initiatives to generate revenue and player activity
  • Identify players for investment, intervention or relationship management
  • Support Regional marketing initiatives as needed
  • Prepare and communicate regular reports to line management
