Claremont-based advertising agency seeks an account assistant intern/full time.

Requirements:
- Be hungry to learn (as much as you can) and a fast learner
- Be a problem solver (creative thinkers preferred)
- Be comfortable and professional with people management and clients
- Have previous work experience (part-time and freelance acceptable)
- Hard worker – be willing to work late sometimes to get the job done on time and properly
- Handle responsibility and be accountable
- Communicate well, primarily with their managers
- Beneficial to have an interest in digital or print/production
- Have good grades
Job Roles:
- Brief and amends assistance in studio
- Chasing clients and suppliers for feedback
- Office general admin
- Social Media support
- Contact reports and note keeping
- Managing to do lists and organisation
- Setting up meetings and travel
Knowledge of Chase program beneficial
