Key areas of performance (not limited to):

  • Deal with and process all customer transactions and enquiries accurately and timely within agreed standards
  • Provide high quality customer service with every interaction, delivered through face-to-face and telephone contact 
  • Show a professional,  ‘right first time’ approach when working with support units to get the best results for the customer and the business
  • Adhere to the banks appearance and dress code
  • A professional and immaculate appearance is essential
  • Deal with accounts queries promptly and efficiently
  • Perform essential customer account transactions, maintain up to date customer records 
  • Sort, file and record deposit slips
  • Provide information to clients regarding bank services 
  • Manage checking, transaction and savings accounts 
  • Accurately and promptly resolve discrepancies 
  • Provide account balance information to clients

The Ideal candidate will possess

  • Matric Certificate 
  • An individual who enjoys working independently but is able to function effectively as part of a team 
  • You will be professional, courteous and friendly when dealing with customer enquiries
  • An organised approach to work
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn and take ownership of personal performance and development
  • Computer literacy and keyboard skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable and professional personality 
  • Clear criminal record
