Key Tasks
- You will be responsible for taking customer’s payment in a timely and accurate manner.
- You will ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding store standards.
- Maintain an awareness of all company promotions and advertisements.
- Communicate customer requests to the manager.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following
- Matric
- Fluent and well spoken with the ability to communicate with colleagues and customers — essential
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive, “can-do” attitude
- Accurate and fast
