Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our contact centre as a sales consultant.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Process inbound sales leads- inbound calls, web applications, emails
- Outbound Sales – Up selling & Follow up
- Activations – face to face sales at events or estates
- Deliver professional, compliant and high quality customer service
- Process customer applications efficiently and effectively
- Convert prospects into clients for Sonic
- Strict compliance to schedule
- Negotiate best product
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Complete daily admin effectively and accurately
Requirements
- Ability to inspire optimistic and positive energy
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Self discipline and self-motivated
- Ability to collaborate, integrate and facilitate teamwork
- Energetic, optimistic personality
- Minimum 2500 key strokes per minutes
- ISP experience will be highly advantageous
- Minimum 12 months proven contact centre sales experience
- Highly motivated and target driven
