Requirements
- Computer literacy
- Matric is essential
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to accurately maintain current client base (calling for orders, check that details are correct on system and if there are any new changes)
- Ability to engage with various departments regarding a status of a client, RE: debtors, routing etc.
- Attention to detail

Key Tasks:
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
- Establish policies by entering client information; confirming pricing
- Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
- Update product knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
