Applications for positions at the District Offices should be addressed to the:
District Executive Manager of the District Office, for the Hospitals should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officers of the Hospitals and for Limpopo College of Nursing should be addressed to the Principal of the College and for Pharmaceutical Depot should be addressed to the Director Pharmaceutical services as per the attached address list.
Applications must be submitted on a Z83 form along with the comprehensive CV, certified copies of required qualifications and identity Document.
