Our reputable medical client is looking to appoint a client liaison officer (medical industry) to be based in Rustenburg in the North-West Province. If you meet the following minimum competencies and requirements, we look forward to hearing from you without delay!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Marketing duties
• Liaising with members and payroll
• Informing members of scheme rules
• Coordination between medical centres
• Liaising with all service providers
• Resolving account queries
• Reporting to management and members
• Site visits
• Customer service (internal and external)

Minimum requirements for application:

• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Minimum Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in a related service, marketing, medical or business administration field
• Driver’s license and own transport essential
• Willingness to travel if required
