Description
Ninety9cents is a full-service, integrated advertising agency located in Cape Town, and is one of South Africa’s largest independently owned agencies. Led by founder and Managing Director Andrew Brand, the agency’s extensive client base includes leading brands such as Shoprite/Checkers, Ackermans, PUMA, Spur Group, Capitec, to name but a few. We are looking for a medical freelance copywriter for a short-term contract (four months).
Main function includes taking complex scientific information and sharing it with consumers in a clear and easy to understand manner. The role would ideally suit someone with a nutritional/dietician/pharmacist background or someone who has studied life science (but not limited to). We require articles to be written in medical journals so familiarity with medical terms will be highly advantageous.
Requirements
- Incumbent to have previous copywriting experience preferably writing in medical journals/medical magazines
- Should be available immediately for three to four months
