Personal Assistant – Half Day Vacancy At Persuade

About The Company:

Persuade Marketing is a business-to-business or B2B lead generation based consultancy. We help medium to large companies prospect more effectively and acquire new business
Your primary position is to work closely with our CEO and operations manager 

What will you be doing:

• You will be the point of contact for operational questing from clients or leads
• Responsible for engaging with clients on the phone twice a week, emailing clients and capturing minutes after every call
• Log all call recordings with clients, respond to all mails daily in a courteous manner
• Develop action plans to be given to operations team on performance related issues
• Following company policies with regards to quality control and ensuring work is up to standard
• Required to capture all VAT related invoices, processing of admin and payroll and assisting with quality guidelines for 10+ contractors
• When required assisting CEO with sales operations by answering all inbound leads, qualifying leads and setting up appointments

What we looking for:

This position is ideal for a stay at home mom or wife that is looking for a flexible position but also a secured income
We are offering a permanent position with a 3 month probation – All applicants must be over 30 years of age with Excellent English

• Must have reliable transport
• Must have experience related to client success or account management
• Must have experience in securing new business 
• Must be comfortable with wearing multiple hats 

What we offering:

• Flexi hours: 08:00 – 14:00 
• Base salary of R5000 per month
• KPI bonus if monthly targets are exceeded up to R5000 split between team
• Commission up to 10% if any sale is generated
• Weekly, monthly incentives inclu weekends away and company retreats
