**Temporary Maternity Cover** Essenwood. Opportunity exists for a meticulous Sales Support and Customer Service individual with second to none customer service skills to join a well-established company within the pharmaceuticals industry. **Please note this position is a temporary maternity cover post**

Responsibilities:

• Issuance of weekly delivery schedules to customers to update them of their orders’ delivery statuses
• Receiving a customer’s order and internally processing a sales order to completion
• Drafting and issuing order confirmations for customers
• Issuance of manufacturer order confirmations for customers
• Fielding and resolving all customer enquiries relating to orders placed
• Troubleshooting any issue relating to a customer’s order
• Coordination with the Logistics Controller to monitor that customer orders are on schedule for the dates confirmed
• Calculating freight budgets for each order’s delivery according to pricelists or standard costings for an order
• Drafting packing lists for each delivery
• Drafting delivery notes for customer’s signature upon order delivery
• Approving freight forwarder invoices for each delivery and verifying the deliveries were completed within budget
• Compilation of final documentation for customers to either be couriered, emailed or handed over to the bank, according to each order’s requirement
• Drafting Goods Received Notes, Load Sheets and verifying items incoming into and outgoing from the warehouse
• Maintaining supplies and stock levels at the warehouse and requesting re-ordering when needed
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies between Accpac and physical counts
• Printing and issuing labels for incoming stock

Requirements:

• Experienced in sales support and customer service
• Outstanding customer service
• Organised
• Good command of English language with a high level of communication
