The AVI Graduate Programme is a 24-month structured development
programme that provides a platform for talented students to learn
critical skills and ultimately become leaders or specialists, through
their involvement in and contribution towards innovative, technical and
strategic projects.

Project Management Graduate

National Diploma or BTech in Project Management.
BCom in Business Management / Business Science / Logistics / Marketing Management or Bachelor of Engineering.

Sales Operations And Key Accounts Graduates

A BCom in Commercial / Enterprise / Business Management / Marketing
Management / Corporate Communications / Law/Industrial Psychology.

Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering Graduate

A BSc/BEng in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering

Food Science Graduate

BSc in Food Science
A BSc Honours or Masters advantageous.

Mechanical Engineering Graduate

A BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering
Must be willing to travel to other NBL sites when and if required.

How to Apply

NB. Must have an average of 60% in your final year of studies.

Project Management Graduate
