Multinational Bookmaker concern is seeking to employ a vibrant young applicant to fill the Human Resource position within their organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for running Human Resource, data administration and Human Resource policies with strong focus on operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining Employee Personnel files
- Write and update job descriptions and role profiles
- Track and manage responses to all HR admin queries
- Liaise with supervisors/line mangers that all payroll items are accurately captured before monthly cut-off
- HR coordination, recruitment, selection and placement
Technical/functional competencies
- Understanding of performance management
- Understanding of learning and development approaches
- HR company policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Degree or Equivalent qualification in Human Resources
- One to three ears experience in a similar role
- Must have a complete understanding of human Resources
Applicants will minimal work experience will be considered provided they have the necessary qualification
