BELUGA HOSPITALITY:Senior Bookkeeper OPPORTUNITY

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the company records for Beluga Hospitality and any other companies that may come on stream within TEG, and your duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Books to balance sheet
  • General ledger reconciliations
  • Debtor’s statements and collections
  • Creditors reconciliations and payments
  • Management accounts
  • Invoicing, credit notes
  • Banking
  • Month end payroll, sales commission, staff holiday
  • All statutory returns – PAYE, UIF, VAT, etc.
  • Completing of vendor applications
  • BEE applications
  • General bookkeeping duties, i.e. petty cash, supplier payments
  • Ordering and purchasing of general office supplies and stationary
  • Collection of post
  • Switchboard

Requirements

Well versed in Pastel and competent on MS Office.
