Intelligent Placement is growing nationally and requests the assistance of an internal recruitment consultant, to be based at Head Office in Strand, Western Cape.
Behavioural competencies:
- Strong sales ability
- Customer service orientated
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Duties include but aren’t limited to:
- Develop and follow up on prospective leads
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities
- Customer service
- Researching companies within various industries’, vacancies available and new trends within the various industries’
- Compiling reports
- Building and maintaining client database
- Building and maintaining long lasting client and candidate relationships
- Sales administration
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- MS Office
- Minimum one-year recruitment experience within an agency
- Strong B2B sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Own Car
Salary: Basic + Commission
