Service Manager – Newcastle – KwaZulu Natal
Our client is looking for a experienced Service Manager for their Dealership.
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the service department to ensure ongoing profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years Service Manager experience in a Franchise Dealership
- Strong technical skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent people skills and customer care experience
- Handle pressure
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and motivate staff
- Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
- Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department
