Bantou Empire Marketing is seeking a candidate with a background in sales management/marketing to join our team. We are looking to add 4-5 new entry level sales trainee to our team. Upon completion of the entry-level training, you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate/ equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
