Salary per month: R13,500 inclusive of Company Medical Aid and Provident Fund as well as Bonus annually.
Secondary school requires experienced school security guards studied in the field of personal and school property, who will ensure safety through professional monitoring of areas with an authoritative presence.
Requirements
The successful candidates will possess the following core qualifications:
Hands-on experience providing security in a range of environments, including public and private schools, colleges and administrative offices, an even-tempered demeanour combined with training and ability to minimize stressful situations, understanding of school, student behaviour and safety protocols and Valid PSIRA Certification. Our chosen candidate/s will:Respond to any emergency situations and calls,patrol interior and exterior grounds looking for vandalism, unsafe conditions, suspicious activity and truant students,investigate incidences, prepare detailed reports and, when necessary, act as liaison with local hospitals, and law and fire officials ,screen school visitors, issue passes and keep visitor logs,monitor heavy activity areas such as cafeteria and playgrounds,examine doors, gates and windows to ensure sufficient security manage daily logs of shift activity, and provide security for during and after school events, as well as open houses and public meetings.
