Digital Marketing Coordinator Opportunity

A leading retail company developing long-term marketing strategies focused on digital engagement and driving e-commerce revenue. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude with proven success in B2C online channels, preferably in fashion lifestyle.
The candidate should be comfortable with the technical aspects of digital development as well as have a strong understanding of the marketing and creative side of the business.
- Build and execute fashion lifestyle marketing campaigns – activities to include but not limited to, campaign builds, email campaigns, outbound landing page creation, SEM and PPC campaigns, media placement tracking, digital CRM etc. to drive revenue across the sites;
- Develop and execute internal communications strategies and campaigns;
- Initiate and implement affiliate and blogger relations campaigns to benefit the business;
- Take ownership for Online, all associated advertising, campaign pages and leveraging the site to drive revenue and signups for rewards and accounts;
- Act as the central point of contact for all online promotions across the Group, facilitating the conception, execution and management of these, to most effective outcomes;
- Drive and manage the Group email process – curation of email opt-in list, content, messaging and segmentation management for maximum revenue and profitability;
- Work with internal teams to uncover new opportunities to drive revenue on the online platforms;
- Manage and provide insights for all ecommerce marketing best practices, and drive through the Group
- Drive testing strategies for nurturing and campaign programs and work with analytics to monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and sales
Requirements
- Three+ years in digital marketing, content or demand generation role preferably with online retail experience
- Two+ years of communications experience, either in internal or external (PR) role
- Expertise in executing social media or online campaigns for brands
- Hands on experience with CMS, marketing automation tools and CRM campaign management
- Expertise in marketing analytics and reporting
- Well-rounded creative marketing practitioner, familiar with online industry best practices (inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, etc.) and creative campaign ideas
- Ability to understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/ sales cycle
Advantageous
- Experience of working in marketing for an online retailer
- Experience of Web Commerce Applications
- Resourceful and dynamic personality, with a can-do attitude
- Web skills such as HTML a plus
