ZaPOP[PTY] LTD:Animator/Illustrator Opportunity
ZaPOP is looking for a vibrant and dynamic animator/illustrator to join our digital and media team. The animator/illustrator is responsible for creating and combining art by using his/her design and creative skills to develop 2D and 3D images, which are then used with relevant software to create still and moving images for web and corporate videos.
Key responsibilities:
- Create illustrations and/or storyboards enhancing the client’s corporate identity.
- Design images to amplify the narrative of the script and client brief by using drawing and sketching skills to produce illustrations and develop characters.
- Ensure that illustrations are in line with current market trends and corporate identity of the client.
- Design animation characters or designs with smooth and plausible movement, in accordance with approved storyboard.
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 essential
- Diploma or degree in Animation and Illustration
- Minimum of two years’ previous animation and illustration experience (advantage)
- Good knowledge of the video production process
- Overall computer skills
- Must be proficient in Adobe Suite CS6 Production Premium
