The Business Banking Coverage division is a key part of Standard Bank’s Business & Commercial Banking segment. The division focuses on providing tailored financial solutions to a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises, across 14 different sectors. Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will take on responsibilities such as:

• Growing and retaining a portfolio of high-value Premium & Growth Segment business clients.
• Applying an ecosystem mindset to deliver premium, differentiated financial solutions.
• Supporting Relationship Managers with daily administrative, operational, and portfolio management tasks.
• Assisting with compliance monitoring and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Acting as a central point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and fulfillment of sales targets.
• Helping Relationship Managers in the execution of credit portfolio management.

Who Should Apply?

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a South African citizen.
• Hold, or be in the process of completing by 31 December 2025, an undergraduate or honours degree in one of the following fields:
  • BCom Accounting
  • BCom Finance
  • BCom Economics
  • BCom Agricultural Economics
  • BCom Economic Sciences with Agricultural Economics and Risk Management
  • BSc Agriculture: Agricultural Economic Analysis
• Have no more than 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Submit full academic transcripts for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies along with the application.
