Job Purpose

The primary goal of this position is to assist the store management with daily operations while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for all customers. The role combines sales support, customer engagement, and store maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take on a variety of duties, including:

• Providing every customer with the highest level of Adidas service.
• Completing regular sales transactions including payments by cash, credit card, and cheque.
• Supporting ticketing and product labeling, and checking paperwork against received items.
• Assisting with product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor as needed.
• Helping with the development and maintenance of in-store product displays, following guidelines from the store management team.
• Acquiring proficiency with the Adidas point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Upholding store policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity.
• Using sales techniques like add-on selling and sharing technical product information with customers.
• Greeting customers and helping them find suitable products.
• Occasionally acting as a Greeter at the store entrance during busy shopping hours.
• Maintaining store housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.
• Safeguarding company assets and maintaining stock security.

Skills and Experience Required
