• Monitoring individual sales performance against store targets
• Staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in homeware and furniture
• Engaging in business development activities to attract new customers
• Supporting stock replenishment and executing visual merchandising standards to keep the store customer-ready

Qualifications and Desired Skills

Applicants must have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification. Essential skills and attributes for this role include:

• A proactive and hands-on attitude with a solid work ethic
